Delivery & Shipping

At Hedi's, our aim is to ensure a delightful and seamless experience for you, starting from the moment you place your order until it arrives in your home. Depending on the items purchased and the available delivery methods, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments.


Our professionally trained delivery team at Hedi's will unpack, inspect, assemble, and position your furniture in the room of your choice, all while removing all packaging and debris. This comprehensive service covers furniture, larger décor, uniquely shaped items, and items too fragile for standard Package Carrier Delivery.

What to anticipate with Hedi's White Glove Delivery Service:

Order Confirmation

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing estimated delivery timeframes. If any items are not in stock, the email will include an approximate delivery window for when your merchandise will arrive at our warehouse.

Preparing for Delivery

It is your responsibility to ensure that the furnishings fit in the desired rooms, through doorways, stairways, elevators, and hallways. Please refer to our Measuring for Furniture Delivery guidelines; however, these are merely suggestions and do not guarantee a perfect fit.
It is also your responsibility to verify that the chosen room is suitable for your furniture and cleared of existing furniture, as our delivery team is not authorized to move or dispose of existing furniture or other items.
If you reside in a high-rise or condominium requiring a Certificate of Insurance, please contact us after placing your order.

Scheduling Delivery

For In-Stock items: You will be contacted to schedule your delivery appointment within 14 business days of purchase (15-20 business days for National Delivery).
For Deferred Delivery: Delivery will take place once all items are available and ready to ship. You will be contacted once your items arrive at our warehouse.
Please note that we will only retain merchandise in our warehouse for 90 days. After this period, full payment is required, and we must schedule the delivery of your order.

Delivery Day

An individual aged 18 or older must be present to accept delivery and inspect your order.
Furniture items will be meticulously unpacked and assembled, with packing materials removed (excluding lighting, mirrors, and wall art).
Items such as lighting, mirrors, and wall art will not be unboxed, inspected, assembled, or installed. Our delivery team is not authorized to install any electrical equipment or wall-mounted items.

  • Expedited - ships via UPS 2nd Day Air®
  • Express - ships via UPS Next Day Air®

    Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, U.S. territories and international destinations require custom quotes and order subtotals must be $2,000 or more.

    Please note: Orders received after noon EST or placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

    What to expect with Package Carrier Delivery

    Once your order has been finalized and processed, you will be notified with delivery information via UPS. Our order processing will vary based on company-observed holidays, demand and product availability. Some items, including Package Carrier Deliveries, may ship separately – this will be noted during checkout and on your receipt. To check order status, contact your Design Consultant at the store where you made the purchase or contact us.

  • We do not currently process orders on Saturday or Sunday
  • Package Carrier Deliveries will be delivered according to the delivery method selected - Standard, Expedited or Express
