If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for the customized furniture, items that have been installed and other items listed below. Other exclusions may apply. Contact us for details. Unfortunately, galleries' cannot accept returns of furniture or other large items.

Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. Hedi’s Furniture reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

Customized Furniture

Customized Furniture begin production immediately upon order placement and are built to your specifications. As a result, the item(s) cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. A non-refundable 100% deposit will be charged when you place your order.

STOCKED NON-FURNITURE ITEMS

We accept returns for non-furniture items within 14 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Exclusions may apply.

Clearance Items

Cannot be returned. If any of these items are refused or returned after delivery, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.

In case of damage

It is your responsibility to inspect your product upon delivery. Any damage that occurs upon delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported
immediately. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be considered to be customer damage, and not warranted. If not reported within 3 days of delivery, the defects and variances will be considered “acceptable” and will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If you choose to return a damaged item, purchase price, taxes and delivery fees will be refunded.

Proof of Purchase

For any exchange, return or service claim, proof of purchase in the form of your original receipt will be required.

Credits and Refunds

• Taxes paid will be refunded
• Delivery fees will not be refunded unless the item returned is found to have a manufacturer defect or was damaged in transit
• A 15% restocking fee and redelivery fee will be applied to merchandise that is returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer defect or damage.
Restocking fee does not apply to Non-Furniture Items as defined above.

It is your responsibility to ensure furnishings fit through all interior structures and into the desired space. Items that are returned or exchanged due to size will be refunded only in the form of a store gift card minus the initial delivery fee and/or restocking fee. For merchandise picked up at the home, refunds will be processed once it has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Depending on your pick up location, the processing of this refund can take up to 30 days.
